We love it to know at least the name of the person we communicate with. The reason why we don’t put it on our website is simple. There are people contacting us who have already a running business and would like to change some things or simply earn more money. In this case it is better they don’t know our names nor our faces (in a first step, of course). This allows us to visit them as normal clients and get a better vision of what could be done better. There’s always something that you can’t see, but we do. For all the others we certainly will answer your questions with our full name.
