Together we are heart and brain
Together we have more than 50 years of culinary and gastronomic experience, especially in the Slow Food world, in the Mediterranean cuisine, in the world of organic agriculture producers, in the authentic, local and seasonal kitchen and this up to one star Michelin restaurants.
Together we have run our own bakery, bistro, fine food shop and food library. Together we know well what north European clients are looking for. We are passionate food scouts and love to discover cheesemakers, bakers, fisher, butchers, farmers, winemakers, chefs … who’s aim is to nourish body, mind and soul.
Together, but not alone. If needed, we work with a network of specialist for Web Design, Video, Social Media, PR and Printing Solutions.
We work in Portugal, Spain, France and Switzerland.
We are "Certified futureFood Expert" by the german Institue of Future (Zukunftsinstitut).
